Teaching & Talks

I teach a variety of subjects, mostly related to the Roman world, such as Roman Archaeology, Roman History, Latin Language, but also broader subjects such as Archaeological Theory, Cultural Heritage, and the Impact of the Past in the Present. I supervise PhD students in these subjects in the UK and Italy, and I serve as a member of several undergraduate Honors Committee in the USA.

I have given lectures and public talks on these subjects in numerous universities and other Public Institutions, and I am always interested to be involved in discussions in venues that go beyond the academia, such as libraries, sites of reflection on the past and social justice, and venues of community building.
